We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Accra. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys coordinating administrative activities, supporting operations, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations & Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across various business functions.
  • Coordinate daily office activities and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Create simple, engaging visual content for social media and internal communications using Canva.
  • Manage and schedule content across the company’s social media platforms.
  • Support office coordination, reporting, and documentation processes.
  • Assist with special projects and other operational tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, organized, and productive work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of work experience. Fresh National Service graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
