Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations activities to ensure efficient execution of engineering and operational processes.
• Assist in monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide technical support to the Operations team in areas related to mechanical, chemical, and materials engineering.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain operational data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Assist with process optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Prepare operational reports, documentation, and updates as required.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, contribute, and develop professionally within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND and Degree holders only.
• Educational background in any of the following disciplines:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Materials Engineering
• Must be eligible for National Service.
• Strong interest in industrial operations, engineering processes, and technical problem-solving.
• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional and fast-paced environment.
