Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant outlet(s) to ensure high service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and support teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and service procedures.

  • Monitor sales performance, service quality, and operational KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance management, and discipline in line with company standards.

  • Ensure excellent guest experiences by proactively addressing feedback, complaints, and service gaps.

  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely order execution.

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control for assigned outlet(s), including beverages, consumables, and service equipment.

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations at all times.

  • Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and efficiency.

  • Support banquets, conferences, and special events hosted within assigned outlet(s).


Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2–3 years in an outlet management or supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills in fast-paced service environments.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and performance reporting.

  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement service improvement initiatives.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
