Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant outlet(s) to ensure high service standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and support teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and service procedures.
Monitor sales performance, service quality, and operational KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance management, and discipline in line with company standards.
Ensure excellent guest experiences by proactively addressing feedback, complaints, and service gaps.
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely order execution.
Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control for assigned outlet(s), including beverages, consumables, and service equipment.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations at all times.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance data, and recommend strategies to improve revenue and efficiency.
Support banquets, conferences, and special events hosted within assigned outlet(s).
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2–3 years in an outlet management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills in fast-paced service environments.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory management, and performance reporting.
Ability to analyze operational data and implement service improvement initiatives.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
