Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Coordinator to manage payment processes, support financial operations, and ensure timely collections. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Support finance operations, including invoicing and collections
  • Prepare regular reports on payment status and account performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement improvements to payment processes

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in payments, finance support, or collections
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in basic financial systems and Microsoft Office tools
