Role Purpose

You will provide high-level administrative and personal support to ensure smooth daily operations. You will manage schedules, communications, and coordination tasks while maintaining confidentiality and supporting both professional and creative priorities.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence, emails, and internal/external communications
• Organise documents, files, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support coordination of projects, events, and daily operational tasks
• Liaise with clients, partners, and service providers when required
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters
• Assist with content coordination and basic social media support where needed
• Ensure smooth execution of assigned personal and professional tasks
