Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Physio-Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing product composition, ensuring quality consistency, and supporting production through physio-chemical testing and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physio-chemical analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Monitor product quality parameters such as pH, moisture, fat content, and viscosity
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Interpret laboratory results and provide actionable insights to production teams
• Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions to maintain product consistency
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
• Support quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field
• Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of physio-chemical testing methods and quality control processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
