The Opportunity

Akka Kappa Ltd is looking for a proactive and organised Pipeline Assistant to support the effective management of our sales and business development pipeline. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to business growth by maintaining accurate pipeline data, coordinating activities, and supporting the successful progression of property opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As the Pipeline Assistant, you will:

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient sales and business development pipeline processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and ensure opportunities progress effectively through the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and property opportunities within the company’s systems.
  • Prepare and update pipeline reports, dashboards, and other business documentation to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of key activities.
  • Ensure operational processes comply with company policies and established standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pipeline management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in administration, sales support, business development, operations, or a related role.
