Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Potter / Ceramist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pottery techniques, glaze application, and kiln firing, with a keen eye for detail and design. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to both functional and artistic ceramic creations, while working in a collaborative and supportive studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality pottery and ceramic pieces using various techniques including hand-building and wheel-throwing.
  • Apply glazes and decorative finishes to enhance the aesthetic appeal of products.
  • Operate and maintain kilns and other studio equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and produce new collections.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and production timelines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.

Educational Requirement

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant certification in Ceramics, Fine Arts, or related field.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a potter or ceramist.
  • Strong knowledge of ceramic materials, techniques, and equipment.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in design and execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work.
