Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain power plant equipment, including generators and switchgear.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor power supply parameters and report any anomalies promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Hold a recognized electrical certification (NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in power plant or industrial electrical maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Possess working knowledge of generator systems and switchgear.
- Exhibit a high level of safety awareness, discipline, and reliability.
