Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Pre-School / Early Years Teachers to join our team. The successful candidates will create a warm and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development through structured learning and play-based activities.

You will guide young learners in developing foundational skills while fostering creativity, curiosity, and positive social behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s cognitive, social, and emotional development
• Encourage creativity, play-based learning, and participation
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
• Uphold school values and child safeguarding policies

Educational Requirements

• WASSCE
• Diploma in Basic Education or Early Childhood Education (required)

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience working with young children is an advantage
• Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
• Ability to manage and engage young learners effectively
