Key Responsibilities

As a Preschool Teacher at BabyNest, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that meet the individual needs of each child.

• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

• Incorporate Jolly Phonics and Montessori methods into daily classroom activities.

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support each child’s growth and development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori methods, and/or Jolly Phonics.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience teaching in a preschool setting.

• Demonstrated warm, creative, and patient approach to teaching and child development.
