Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Preschool Teachers to create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The successful candidate will support children’s academic, emotional, and social development while promoting a safe and inclusive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities
• Create a positive, welcoming, and child-centered classroom environment
• Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and active participation in learning activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support student development
• Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider school community
• Ensure effective classroom management and discipline in line with school policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
• Passionate about children and committed to their growth and development
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic school environment
