Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and organized Preschool Teaching Assistant to support teachers in creating a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment. The successful candidate will assist with daily classroom activities, support children’s learning and development, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering classroom activities
• Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment
• Supervise and support children during classroom activities, playtime, and meals
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Help maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials
• Monitor children’s behavior and support positive classroom management practices
• Assist with preparing teaching aids and classroom resources
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Support children with individual learning needs where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
• Passionate about children and committed to their growth and development
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced school environment
