Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Product Realisation Facilitator to oversee the development and delivery of high-quality products from concept to production. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Coordination: Lead the end-to-end product realization process, from design validation through production scale-up, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Quality & Standards: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to enforce strict quality standards and monitor product performance throughout production.
• Operational Support: Address manufacturing challenges, provide practical solutions, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate successful product launches.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate production and process documentation to support operational excellence and compliance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tertiary or TVET education.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, product testing, and safety standards.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in manufacturing, project management, or quality control are highly desirable.
