As part of our operational expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager / Engineer to oversee production activities and ensure efficient delivery of construction materials and project outputs.

Position Overview

The Production Manager / Engineer oversees production operations and ensures that production processes run efficiently, safely, and according to required standards. The successful candidate will coordinate production teams, monitor performance, and ensure that production targets align with project requirements and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and outputs required for projects.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to align production with project demands.
Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and workforce to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications or technical training in production management or construction operations will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in production management, construction operations, or industrial production environments is desirable.
