Job Summary

Ashfoam Ghana seeks a results-driven Production Manager to oversee MDF and furniture manufacturing operations. The Production Manager will lead production planning, optimize material use, manage shop floor activities, and drive team performance to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee MDF and furniture manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Develop and manage production plans, schedules, and stock levels.
• Optimize cutting lists, nesting, and yield to maximize material efficiency.
• Maintain strong presence on the shop floor to monitor operations and ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure timely reporting of production performance, issues, and progress to management.
• Foster a structured, organized, and disciplined production environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in MDF or furniture manufacturing is essential.
• Strong understanding of cutting lists, nesting, and yield optimization.
• Hands-on approach with strong shop floor presence.
• Experience in production planning and stock management.
• Ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail.
