Position Overview

The Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain will provide visionary academic leadership in teaching, research, and programme development. The successful candidate will strengthen the University’s research profile, mentor faculty members, guide postgraduate scholarship, and contribute strategically to academic governance and institutional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership within the Logistics and Supply Chain programme.

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.

• Supervise doctoral and postgraduate research projects and dissertations.

• Conduct impactful research and publish consistently in reputable peer-reviewed journals.

• Lead curriculum innovation, programme accreditation, and quality assurance processes.

• Mentor and develop junior academic staff.

• Contribute to institutional policy development, academic planning, and governance.

• Build strong partnerships with industry, professional bodies, and academic institutions.

• Promote a culture of academic excellence, integrity, and Christian values.

Educational Requirements & Experience

• PhD in a relevant field (Logistics and Supply Chain Programme).

• Minimum of twelve (12) years post-PhD teaching or research experience.

• Proven record of substantial scholarly publications in reputable academic journals.

• Demonstrated academic leadership at departmental, faculty, or institutional level.
