Role Overview

CED seeks a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead the design, coordination, and execution of executive education and professional development programs. You will ensure seamless program delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of learning experiences.

You will work closely with facilitators, industry experts, and corporate partners to deliver high-quality programs that align with organizational and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of training and executive education programs
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and operational plans
• Engage and maintain strong relationships with facilitators, participants, and corporate clients
• Monitor program quality and ensure successful learning outcomes
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and support services for all programs
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Support business development efforts for new training initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management, training, or Learning & Development (L&D)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Experience managing professional training or certification programs is an added advantage
