Position Summary

iSel Media is seeking an organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will actively manage client campaigns, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects across advertising, marketing, and creative initiatives

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to ensure seamless project execution

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve challenges

• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

• Prepare project reports, budgets, and documentation for management review

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards

• Implement best practices for project management, including process optimization and continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising, marketing, or creative agency

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards

• Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
