Job Title: Property Manager (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple commercial properties to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain facilities, buildings, and common areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to guarantee timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, fire, and security systems, coordinating repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Plan and manage renovations, refurbishments, office relocations, and property improvement projects.
- Maintain inventories of tools, parts, and equipment, placing orders as required.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations.
- Coordinate landscaping, cleaning, waste management, and other outsourced property services.
- Market vacant properties, conduct inspections, and manage tenant on-boarding processes.
- Prepare, administer, and manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
- Oversee rent collection, service charges, arrears follow-ups, and occupancy levels.
- Manage tenant relations, address complaints, and implement satisfaction initiatives.
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and conduct property and equipment audits.
- Prepare and submit reports on property performance, leasing status, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate new building projects, facility expansions, and handovers.
- Respond to emergencies and provide after-hours support as required.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of property, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills for leases, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ability to set targets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum HND or equivalent qualification; a degree in Property or Facilities Management is an advantage.
- Professional certification in property, facilities, or health and safety is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset.
