Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes across our production operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet established standards and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality control activities across production and laboratory functions
• Ensure all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet quality specifications
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Review quality reports and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead internal audits and support external inspections
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices
• Collaborate with production and laboratory teams to improve product consistency and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
