To strengthen our diagnostic imaging services, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiographer to join our clinical team in Takoradi.

Role Overview

The Radiographer performs high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. The role requires technical competence in general radiography and digital imaging, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols.

• Operate and maintain radiographic and digital imaging equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures.

• Maintain high-quality imaging standards to support accurate diagnosis.

• Adhere strictly to radiation protection, infection control, and safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and imaging documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.

• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous professional development.

• Report equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Certification or registration as a Radiographer with the relevant professional body or council.

• Proven experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in general radiography and digital imaging.

• Strong understanding of radiographic procedures, imaging techniques, and patient care standards.

• Must be residing in or around Takoradi.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of professionalism, accuracy, and ethical conduct.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
