Job Summary
The Recruitment Officer will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong psychological insight, maintains strict confidentiality, and engages effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability.
- Apply psychological acumen to understand candidate behavior and cultural fit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement.
- Observe and assess candidate responses and behaviors during interviews.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
- Strong psychological acumen with the ability to assess candidate behavior.
- Excellent active listening and observation skills.
- Exceptional communication and engagement abilities.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
