Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Operations Officer, you will:

• Coordinate daily operational activities within your assigned region to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Promote the organization’s products and services while supporting business development initiatives within the region.
• Provide timely support to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues professionally.
• Monitor regional operational performance and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support member registration, documentation, and records management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Apex Trustee at stakeholder meetings, community engagements, and regional events as required.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region to support operational activities and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of one (1) year post-graduate working experience in pensions, financial services, banking, insurance, operations, client service, or a related industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Good report-writing, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Knowledge of the local terrain, business environment, and healthcare landscape within the assigned region will be an added advantage.
