Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality event experiences. This role requires a highly organized, client-focused professional who can manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end communication with clients, from initial inquiry through project completion
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate client requirements with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Track deliverables and follow up on tasks to ensure timelines are met
  • Support the planning and execution of events to meet client expectations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and project progress
  • Deliver a smooth, positive, and memorable client experience at every stage

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in client service, events, hospitality, or a related field
  • Comfortable using computers and standard workplace tools
  • Experience creating simple mood boards using tools such as Canva or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
