Role Overview

Dad Micro-Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer to drive business growth and strengthen client engagement across its branches. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote the company’s financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Promote and sell microfinance products and services effectively
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client needs
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive business growth
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
