About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-driven Relationship Officer – Retail Affluent to join our team in Accra. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and manage relationships with affluent clients, provide tailored financial solutions, and contribute to business growth within a reputable financial institution.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, expanding the affluent customer portfolio, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals through professional advisory and relationship management services.

Your Responsibilities

As a Relationship Officer – Retail Affluent, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent and high-value clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales and portfolio growth targets.
  • Provide professional financial advisory services while ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the affluent customer segment.
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend solutions that align with changing financial needs.
  • Build long-term client loyalty through consistent engagement and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.

What Will Make You Successful?

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience within insurance, banking, wealth management, or a related financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
  • Experience managing affluent or high-net-worth clients will be highly advantageous.
