Position Summary

Pensive Global Consultancy seeks a motivated and analytical Research Intern to support its research and consulting activities. The successful candidate will assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data while contributing to research reports and consulting projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in research, policy analysis, and data-driven problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct background research and literature reviews on assigned topics.
• Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and policy briefs.
• Assist in designing surveys, questionnaires, and other research tools.
• Contribute to consulting projects by providing analytical support.
• Monitor economic, business, and development trends relevant to research assignments.
• Maintain organized documentation of research materials and data sources.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality research outputs.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or current enrollment in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Business, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in research, consulting, and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
