Position Summary

The Restaurant Branch Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service delivery, support staff performance, and maintain smooth coordination across all service areas. The successful candidate will lead by example, uphold brand standards, and drive efficiency within the branch.

Key Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Branch Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, support, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation, and daily work assignments.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock usage, and timely reporting of shortages or variances.
  • Support cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reporting.
  • Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve skills and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and service procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
