Position Summary
Pork-A-Dilla is seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will lead staff, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage inventory and purchasing activities, monitor financial performance, and maintain operational standards that support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the procurement of ingredients, food products, and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability at all times.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Customer Service & Sales Management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support sales growth initiatives and promote customer loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Staff Supervision & Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Develop work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly financial reports.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure proper financial controls.
- Track operational expenses and support cost-management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and digital record-keeping tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- High level of reliability, accountability, and integrity.
- Sound understanding of inventory management and basic financial reporting.
