Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Road Engineer to oversee and support road construction activities. The successful candidate will actively coordinate site operations, ensure quality compliance, and manage construction processes to deliver projects on time and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities on-site.
• Conduct on-site construction scheduling, coordination, and operational control.
• Organize and execute self-inspections for each construction phase to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved engineering designs and specifications.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
• Liaise with contractors, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues during construction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Road Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to manage site operations and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Prior experience in road construction projects is an advantage.
