Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest rooms and hotel areas. The successful candidate will ensure guests enjoy a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment that reflects the luxury standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel housekeeping standards
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in assigned rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and equipment
• Ensure all guest rooms meet quality and presentation standards before occupancy
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost items promptly
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly
• Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests and housekeeping needs
• Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times
• Support the housekeeping team in maintaining overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements

• Vocational School Certificate in Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ working experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Previous hotel-related experience is beneficial
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, management, hotel staff, and service providers
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning procedures
• Physical ability to perform demanding housekeeping duties and handle heavy tasks
