The Position

The Sales Assistant plays a vital role in driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s commercial operations. The successful candidate actively engages with clients, promotes products and services, and ensures a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and sales promotions.

• Manage customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on client interactions and performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

  Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a minimum of a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Have at least 4 years of professional experience in sales or customer service.

  • Reside in Tema or its environs.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Show strong customer service orientation, reliability, and professionalism.
