Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for hotel accommodation, events, and related services.
- Manage and grow existing client portfolios to maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with operations and events teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), with a strong focus on events.
- Show a proven ability to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
