Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating revenue, expanding the customer base, and strengthening client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that contribute to long-term business success.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities promptly.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales professionally and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market developments and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and customer engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

You should possess:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Marketing
    • Business Administration
    • Sales Management
    • Communications
    • Or a related field

Experience

You should have:

  • A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments will be an advantage.

Additional Requirement

  • Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

  • Sales planning and execution.
