Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will actively develop new business opportunities while managing and growing an existing client portfolio.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who can combine technical product understanding with strong commercial acumen.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors, including Printing & Graphics, Corporate Clients, Distribution Channels, Schools, and Universities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients

Sales Execution & Client Management

  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s product portfolio and clearly communicate its technical and commercial value
  • Manage and grow an existing client base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Present products and services to clients and prepare tailored proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends within Ghana and identify emerging opportunities
  • Analyze competitor activity and provide strategic insights to management

Performance & Reporting

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and forecasts using the company CRM system

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
    • Office equipment, printing, or graphics industry
    • Corporate sales environments
    • Distribution or reseller channel management

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding or interest in office equipment and IT-related solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • High level of independence with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); additional languages such as French or local Ghanaian languages are an advantage
