Location: Accra, Ghana

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Accra and support the continued growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide professional product information, guidance, and recommendations to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens brand loyalty and customer engagement.

Sales Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Monitor customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Track competitor activities, market developments, and customer feedback, providing insights to management.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships.
