Job Summary

We are seeking disciplined, physically fit, and responsible Security Guards to support the safety and security operations of the institution. The successful candidates will protect lives and property, monitor premises, and maintain order while ensuring compliance with organizational security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect lives, property, and institutional assets
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain safety and security
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents
• Enforce institutional safety and security procedures
• Report suspicious activities and security concerns promptly
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, students, and visitors
• Carry out assigned duties professionally and efficiently

Educational Qualification and Grade Breakdown

Grade I

• SSSCE/WASSCE qualification
• Physically strong and fit
• Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience

Grade II

• SSSCE/WASSCE qualification
• Physically fit
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

Grade III

• SSSCE/WASSCE qualification
• Physically fit

Grade IV

• BECE qualification
• Physically fit

Requirements

• Valid Ghana Card (mandatory)
• National Service Certificate, where applicable
• Medical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Officer
• At least two (2) verifiable references
• Strong sense of discipline, professionalism, and responsibility
• Good observation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies
