Job Summary

The Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across Danpong Healthcare facilities. The role involves monitoring premises, enforcing security procedures, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to manage security risks while ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.


Key Responsibilities

The Security Officer will:

  • Patrol and monitor assigned areas regularly to detect and prevent suspicious or unauthorized activity.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.

  • Enforce company policies, rules, and safety procedures to maintain order and security within the facility.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security observations through logs and reports.

  • Control access to the facility by verifying the identity of staff, patients, and visitors.

  • Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and basic first aid when necessary.

  • Support investigations by documenting incidents and providing detailed reports.

  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency services when required.

  • Ensure that security equipment and systems are used properly and report any malfunctions promptly.


Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Previous experience in security services or a related field is desirable.

  • Formal training in security operations will be an added advantage.

  • Certification in security or law enforcement will be considered an advantage.
