Senior Gender, Youth & Inclusion Officer – Temple Investments

Employment Type: Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract

Role Overview

Temple Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Gender, Youth & Inclusion Officer to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of gender equality and youth inclusion initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, capable of influencing and driving change across diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee gender equality and youth inclusion programs in alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership on best practices for integrating gender and youth considerations across all projects.

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and analyses to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure inclusive approaches in all initiatives.

  • Represent Temple Investments at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to advocate for gender equality and youth inclusion.

  • Support capacity-building initiatives to strengthen organizational competencies in gender and youth inclusion.

  • Travel as required, up to 40% of the time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in gender studies, development economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience implementing gender equality and youth inclusion programs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
