Employment Type: Full-time, 2-year fixed-term contract

Role Overview
Temple Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Gender, Youth & Inclusion Officer to lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of gender equality and youth inclusion initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, capable of influencing and driving change across diverse programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee gender equality and youth inclusion programs in alignment with company objectives.
Provide technical guidance and leadership on best practices for integrating gender and youth considerations across all projects.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and analyses to measure program impact and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure inclusive approaches in all initiatives.
Represent Temple Investments at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings to advocate for gender equality and youth inclusion.
Support capacity-building initiatives to strengthen organizational competencies in gender and youth inclusion.
Travel as required, up to 40% of the time.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in gender studies, development economics, or a related field.
Proven experience implementing gender equality and youth inclusion programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
