Position Overview

The Senior Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain will provide academic leadership in teaching, research, and curriculum development within the programme. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in scholarship, inspire students through high-quality teaching, and contribute meaningfully to the University’s research profile and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate lectures in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

• Develop, review, and enhance course materials in line with academic and industry standards.

• Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.

• Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable academic journals.

• Contribute to curriculum development and programme accreditation processes.

• Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.

• Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committees.

• Support community engagement and industry collaboration initiatives.

Educational Requirements & Experience

• PhD in a relevant field (Logistics and Supply Chain Programme).

• Minimum of five (5) years post-PhD teaching and research experience.

• Demonstrated evidence of research excellence, including peer-reviewed publications.

• Proven record of effective university-level teaching.
