Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across individual and corporate market segments.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s insurance products and services to meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to enhance market positioning.
• Prepare regular marketing and business development reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and stakeholder engagements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A good First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven work experience in insurance marketing or business development within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business applications.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team environment.
