Position Summary

The Breakfast Bar is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service & Beverage Assistant to join its team in Dzorwulu, Accra. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guests enjoy a warm, efficient, and memorable dining experience by delivering excellent service and preparing quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.

• Prepare and serve fresh juices, coffee, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.

• Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Handle customer requests and inquiries professionally.
