Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will actively create a welcoming environment for customers, support daily shop operations, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and guide customers in making purchasing decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop environment
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock shelves and monitor product availability
• Support day-to-day shop operations and teamwork

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be between 21 and 30 years old
• Must be able to read and write effectively
• Demonstrate a hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
• Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Be flexible to work on weekdays and weekends
• Must reside within or around East Legon, Mempeasem, Bawaleshie, or Ogbojo
