Role Overview

Faster Auto Parts Limited seeks reliable and customer-oriented Shop Attendants to support daily shop operations, assist customers, and ensure efficient product handling. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive shopping experience and smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and professionally, providing product information and assistance.

• Arrange, display, and organize auto parts to ensure an attractive and accessible shop layout.

• Handle sales transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and report shortages.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the shop.

• Support inventory checks and daily operational activities.

• Uphold company policies and customer service standards at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or HND in a relevant field.

• Proven experience in a retail, shop attendant, or customer service role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and professional conduct.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
