Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for our customers, efficiently manage shop operations, and actively contribute to the growth and success of The Beauty Box Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Learn and stay updated on our product range to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Support team operations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent time and resource management to handle daily shop activities efficiently.

Requirements

• SHS or HND qualification.
• Very fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic math skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn about new products.
• Previous shop management or retail experience is an advantage.
