Role Overview

Faster Auto Parts Limited seeks an energetic and customer-focused Shop Marketer to promote products, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with customers within assigned locations. This role supports brand visibility and revenue growth across Tema, Pokuase, and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market auto parts directly to customers and retailers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Identify new sales opportunities within assigned areas.

• Support in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising activities.

• Gather market feedback and report customer needs and competitor activity.

• Work closely with shop and sales teams to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure professional representation of the company brand at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Must reside in Dawhenya, Afienya, Mobole, or be willing to relocate.

• Valid Motor Rider’s License (Category A) is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
