SITE COORDINATOR

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee and monitor site execution activities for interior design and architectural projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all site works are implemented accurately according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines while maintaining high-quality finishing standards and effective coordination with technical teams.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong site supervision experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site execution activities to ensure work is completed according to approved architectural and interior design drawings.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify that construction and finishing works align with project specifications, plans, and quality standards.
• Compare on-site work progress against approved drawings and identify discrepancies for immediate correction.
• Coordinate effectively with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure smooth electro-mechanical integration during project execution.
• Oversee finishing works to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with design intent.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency and project timelines.
• Prepare site progress updates, reports, and observations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and site procedures.
• Support problem-solving and decision-making processes on-site to minimize delays and maintain project quality.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in site coordination, architectural supervision, or interior design project execution.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings and site implementation processes.
• Proven experience in finishing works and site coordination.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and electro-mechanical integration on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
