Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

Requirements & Competencies
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing digital content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools will be an added advantage.
