Job Summary

KasapaAi EduTech is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable STEM Facilitators to deliver interactive lessons in coding, AI, and robotics in partner schools. The successful candidates will create a welcoming and engaging learning environment while supporting students to build practical technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in coding, artificial intelligence, and robotics
• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment for students
• Support students in hands-on projects and practical learning activities
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and age groups
• Collaborate with schools and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop technical skills
• Track student progress and provide feedback where required

Requirements

• Must have completed tertiary education or currently be in tertiary education
• Basic IT or technology knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teaching or facilitation experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
• Must own a laptop and have access to reliable internet (for training purposes)
• Ability to engage and inspire young learners

Working Schedule

• 2–3 working days per week
